A1! Sometimes you have to wait awhile past your appointment time, however once I am back, I have never felt rushed. Questions and concerns are addressed. I have never felt like the are trying to get past me to the next patient.
Dr. Copeland was very understanding and doing everything he can to get to the bottom of the problem. Also, he is very patient and kind.
