Several members of our family have seen Dr. Copeland for various ailments and we are always pleased with the treatment received and the time taken to explain or answer questions. He always seems to remember details from previous visits.
A1! Sometimes you have to wait awhile past your appointment time, however once I am back, I have never felt rushed. Questions and concerns are addressed. I have never felt like the are trying to get past me to the next patient.
Dr. Copeland was very understanding and doing everything he can to get to the bottom of the problem. Also, he is very patient and kind.
He was very thorough and took his time. He gave me my options and his opinion and respected my opinion. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him as needed.
