Great food at an affordable price. Nice clean place with friendly wait staff,couldn't have asked for a better place to eat.
We went by Copelands tonight. My order of BBQ Shrimp Boil was served with both potatoes and corn very under-cooked. In addition, there was very little broth in the dish: my wife ordered Chicken Alfredo and noted that the sauce given was very lean. Although the manager did come by and assure me that my vegetables were indeed under-cooked, he was having more expedited to correct the issue. I never saw him again and never received the veggies. We have ate here at Copeland's numerous times and always enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately, tonight we had a horrible experience. We both had crab cake platters and after leaving the restaurant we got very, very sick. We both had to pull over and throw up our entire dinner at a gas station. Our stomachs are very sick and cramping tremendously. We are very upset over this and we called to let the restaurant personnel know that we ate spoiled food there. Tonight the hubby and I thought we would enjoy an evening out at Copeland's. Unfortunately, this was THE WORST food experience EVER. Even the service wasn't good. We spoke with a manager on duty, who could only apologize, inform us that every dining experience isn't perfect no matter where you dine and thank us for the positive feedback. Wow!
