The staff was warm, caring and knowledgeable. The new equipment is an improvement and the redesigned space is a delight. Keep up the good work!
Dr. Copeland and his staffers care for patients in a positive, encouraging environment. Dr. Copeland is a superb dentist; and his dental hygienists do fine work as well. The family-oriented environment offers parents a wonderful experience.
I can honestly say I don’t think I have had such a great experience at a dentist as I did at Copeland Family Dentistry. I was greeted by name by the the receptionist, Emily who was so excited to meet my son and made him feel at home. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a great job without causing pain and Dr. Copeland was laid back and gave honest answers. It is always a wonderful experience to visit, Dr. Copeland's office. The office staff is always very friendly and kind, from entering until leaving. They are on time and super efficient. Absolutely the best!!!
