I have to admit I haven't been to the dentist for anything in about 30 years because of a horrible experience. However, a toothache will get a person there quickly. Dr. Copeland and his staff were beyond kind! They were sensitive to my fear and explained every detail of what they were doing and why. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Copeland was very approachable in that he treated us like a person instead of just a patient. He had a conversation about our dental plan instead of just telling us what we were going to do. He made the visit very comfortable and alleviated the stress of being overwhelmed with the dental plan.
Dr. Copeland and his staff are awesome they are always friendly and put you at ease no matter what your there for if your having a procedure or just a cleaning. They treat you with respect and will work a plan out that works for your budget. It’s nice to have that personal down home feeling when you visit instead of just being a number.
The office staff and Dr. Copeland are always very cheerful. The office atmosphere makes you feel welcome. The cleaning itself is painless and she takes her time to do a good job. She always asks if everything is okay during the cleaning. I would highly recommend this dentist and his staff to other people because they make you feel like you are their number one priority. Never do I feel rushed when I go to this office.
I am very pleased with the service I have received at Copeland Family Dentistry in Huntsville. One of my teeth broke off in half almost. I called the office, and they got me in the same day, and the service was great!
The hygienist cleaned my teeth throughly, explained what she was doing and advised what I could do for better self care. I appreciate her professional job, hoping she will be assigned on my next visit.
The front desk personnel were very friendly and all smiles as we arrived. The wait time was not long. The dental hygienist was very patient, understanding and gentle with me. She explained everything she was doing and would ask if I had any concerns. The final exam by Dr. Copeland was thorough and precise. He too, asked if I had any concerns. I was very pleased with my first time visit.
My husband and I drive from Houston to Huntsville to maintain our dental health under the care of Dr. Copeland and his staff. The entire team is very attentive to our needs. Dr. Copeland is extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He is also a straight shooter, which we both love. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Copeland Family Denistry.
The appointment was given immediately to calm my concerns after having chipped my tooth. The staff got me in before I ever sat down in the waiting room. The staff was so understanding and very professional. She had me prepped and ready for Dr Copeland in no time. He explained fully what he was going to do to repair the chipped tooth.
