Tenant been begging for 3 years to get ac fixed. Cope refuses to fix anything
Where can I begin , I was a resident in two of there properties and the first one when I moved in there was water damage and mold in my tub, washer and dryer hookups were leaking, cockroaches crawling everywhere which I tried to control myself, attic cover was 3 inches off and had a huge gap, sink was poorly sealed and was leaking, also they didn’t inform me that the property was on the market until I had issues with my washer hookup is when they informed me which after the turn over to the new owners I unfortunately had to ... read more
Unprofessional experience ..as a renter (client) i never struggled on getting approved as much as here ..and to top it off the place look nothing like the pictures not presentable at all .. place had damages that the secretary wasnt aware of ..the least do maintnance and clean it before presenting and calling it your new home.
