Very unprofessional response to very simple questions. I would not hire this company to manage any of my properties, and based on the many reviews, I wouldn't rent from them either.
We just put in an application for another property somewhere else, $35 per application and we got a response the very next day….. makes me think….. if I had a property and wanted to cash in some money, charge $15 more per application and let the cash flow in…. That’s shady though and i couldn’t do that. Anyways, will we be hearing back?
Do not i repeat do not rent from here. Idk how they have good reviews when all ive experience is crappy help. They DO NOT CARE about their tenants. I have not experience so much unprofessionalism than i have with them. The home was infested with mold and mushrooms. I have submitted multiple request with no help. They instead they blocked my calls and deactivated my online account (yes i constatly called and submitted requests but if they fixed the issue in the first place there would be no need for the constant call) there i... read more
