Bad copart location. Don’t buy. Undercarriage damage wasn’t disclosed. When contacted manager he told me they don’t inspect under vehicles. So you will get car that has broken oil pan with no oil in it.
You need to fire this person immediately! He is tarnishing the COPART name; if he doesn't want to do the job he’s supposed to do, he should go home! I went to pick up a Silverado, and he charged me $100 to load the vehicle onto my trailer, claiming it was too heavy for the forklift—but saying he *would* do it if I paid him! Meanwhile, that Caterpillar forklift is capable of lifting 11,000 pounds. It’s completely ridiculous.
Great experience there as usual. The staff there are friendly and very helpful in the whole process. Issa was especially professional and courteous! A+ service
