Very freindly
They came and took my car without calling me first so I could get my stuff out. They still haven't contacted me. I am half tempted to report it stolen since it was taken without my permission and I have a clear title and haven't even talked with my insurance adjuster yet. Im going to recommend that my insurance company find somewhere else to do business. This whole situation is incredibly inconvenient and rude. I would recommend doing business with a company that cares about people instead.

No one wants to have to send a car to the graveyard but these folks are great to work with and Gina was a hoot to talk with and made the whole thing much more pleasant.
Lost or stole our personal items and won’t take responsibility for it, don’t trust these people. Even the district manager ignored me, there’s no way to dispute something with this company so it’s better to avoid them unless you’re okay with being swindled.
