They came and took my car without calling me first so I could get my stuff out. They still haven't contacted me. I am half tempted to report it stolen since it was taken without my permission and I have a clear title and haven't even talked with my insurance adjuster yet. Im going to recommend that my insurance company find somewhere else to do business. This whole situation is incredibly inconvenient and rude. I would recommend doing business with a company that cares about people instead.

No one wants to have to send a car to the graveyard but these folks are great to work with and Gina was a hoot to talk with and made the whole thing much more pleasant.
Lost or stole our personal items and won’t take responsibility for it, don’t trust these people. Even the district manager ignored me, there’s no way to dispute something with this company so it’s better to avoid them unless you’re okay with being swindled.
Did not at all care for the automated check in with your phone but the guy that brought the car out and loaded it on the trailer was top notch. I have driven a few fork lifts, skid steers and tool carriers over the years, but this guy amazing. He put that car on the trailer exactly where I wanted it then pulled his 16 foot forks out out of the small space under the vehicle without dragging on the trailer or the car.
