No one wants to have to send a car to the graveyard but these folks are great to work with and Gina was a hoot to talk with and made the whole thing much more pleasant. If you're from WA and you're junking your car, TAKE YOUR LICENSE PLATES WITH YOU. Don't ask me why I know this was a problem that I forgot this detail.

They came and took my car without calling me first so I could get my stuff out. They still haven't contacted me. I am half tempted to report it stolen since it was taken without my permission and I have a clear title and haven't even talked with my insurance adjuster yet. Im going to recommend that my insurance company find somewhere else to do business. This whole situation is incredibly inconvenient and rude. I would recommend doing business with a company that cares about people instead.
