Honestly the worst experience I have ever had, worst customer service all the way to there corporate, the only time I could get someone in the phone is when my adjuster called and the lady was so rude. We are still dealing with them because there is always a problem. When your car gets totaled it’s a frustrating experience and they have made it even more frustrating. Originally said our car title was salvaged and was gonna give us no money this was only fixed when I threaten to bring a lawyer involved. NEVER USE THEM.
Worst experience buying cars from this auction. They sell SALVAGE vehicles as clean title and after you pay they report it Salvage. These people don't deserve your business.
They need motor running videos, that will make things a lot better !

The worst customer service and management I have ever seen. The only thing they care is how to rip off customer.
