Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional management at the Copart Maui yard under Yard Manager Apolonia Duclayan. The Power of Attorney (POA) must have your full name and EXACT MILAGE of the vehicle at time of pickup. This means if the vehicle is still drivable at the time of the accident, the POA will always be incorrect and Copart will prevent payout from your insurance in a timely manner. If I weren’t forced to sell to this company, I would not have used them. The process needs to be refined to be more user-friendly to the customer.
I have to send my POA AGAIN because of an error on my document when they've had it long enough for me (2 weeks) to correct it while they have been I cant wait till this is done. They have been waiting to get the pay off amount from Wells Fargo for 2-3 weeks it doesn't take that long. I honestly can't wait until I'm done with this process.
How is it that the company sends you a email they expect you to sign it and send it back in the mail so that they can notarize it somehow without you being officially there is it is required by state law.
