My car messed up after only having it a few months. I called the dealership and they told me they would make it right. They come pick the car up from my house and tells me they will order the part and get it fixed for me. Great guys ...very up front. They understood we were in a pinch and on a budget.They worked with us and made it happen. The car was used but all the major stuff was up kept well. Will use them for car purchases in the future.
Coop is amazing. I had been driving past the truck several weeks and finally had a day off so decided to stop by. This the most honest and transparent place and people I have ever met.
For all my Childersburg friends.. DO NOT buy a car from coosa valley auto sales. They put old parts on your car just so it breaks down and try to get you to trade your car in. Worst customer service ever! Tells me I’m incompetent and demands things. I asked to get my car fixed 4 months ago and refused me service. LEMONS! LEMONS! Their sales pitch is, “if you buy a car from me and something goes wrong, just buy the part and we’ll fix it” which is a LIE. They only care about money! Very unprofessional. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
