Coos Carpet Care was fantastic from start to finish. They were immediately responsive, which can be rare to find. Scheduling was simple, they showed up on time, and did a beautiful job. They were professional, kind, and took care to answer all questions and address all concerns. Will schedule again for sure.

Nathen has great communication skills, is very accommodating, my 6*8, I believe, wool area rug was taken and returned promptly. It was bright soft and the strange oder is completely gone. This is a family hereloom. I played on this rug in Germany as a young child. I trust him completely! He seems to be a wonderful family man. Keep it local!
Nathan is an owner/operator and thus takes his time to get the carpet as clean as absolutely possible. I have used him several times at different properties and he always does a fantastic job.
