We needed to upgrade our car so I reached out to Lacey at Coop’s and had the most wonderful experience. Lacey got me approved over the phone and I was able to send in most of my documentation via email! By the time I drove down to Salem- I had my car picked out, and was there for maybe an hour. Hands down the best, and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. We’re already looking forward to our next upgrade with Coop’s!! Oh, and we’re in LOVE with our Subaru Tribeca! Thanks so much!!!
