I was extremely pleased with the services from Cooper heating & air. Chad was a true professional who answered each and every question to my fulll satisfactory. He was knowledgeable and made sound recommendations. His recommendations were not pushy and left me with options if I chose not to follow them. Mike and Daniel did a great job with installation. Nathan came and did a great job on fixing our AC and explaining the problem with AC. He was very polite and took his time to make sure everything worked before leaving. We are pleased with Cooper's. We will use them again. Thanks Again

Overpriced $395 to install a toilet, and I provided the fixtures. Simple, basic no problem installation. Took 1 hour. That’s price gouging. I will not use this company again and will not recommend.

It was very hot in the beginning of October and my air conditioner went out. Repair person came out and determined a part needed to be ordered and installed. Well, he was going to be in training so it wasn’t going to be fixed until the following week. YES, they want the same tech that comes out to inspect, to complete service. I was not okay with this and it took 3 days for management to return my call.
