This company is a scam! Go somewhere else for storage. They have my items in storage and will not let me gain access to it. They give different excuses for why they cannot let me into my storage unit. I found out that there are a number of people having the same experience.
This company is shady and unprofessional. I booked two men for four hours. They took two hours to slowly load my stuff *with help from 4 of my friends They quoted me at one price and then refused to empty the truck of my belongings unless I paid them 200$ more than quoted.They only complied once the police were called. Even then they just unloaded my belonging on my front lawn. They said I went over my time and owed more yet they left after 3hrs and 20min. Three guys showed up but only one worked very slowly. We had a great experience with our son's move. Larry, Wali and DeJaun were hard workers, never stopping until the job was done. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. Thank you!

I am very pleased with my move that took place on Saturday, Jan 14, 2014 the crew came a little behind expected arrival time but they called me throughout the day with expected arrival time I was schedule 2-4 pm they got here by 5 pm my move was completed by 8 pm these guys were really humping to get my items loaded and unload within my estimate I had a slight damage to my wall, but hey if I was moving the same thing would have occur, the gentlemen quickly apologize toward me to procedure in regards of damages but I was fine... read more
