I HAD LARRY N J.D. FROM COOPERS MOVE ME ON MAY 20TH. BOTH MEN WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. LARRY ACTUALLY FOUND MONEY IN MY DRESSER DRAWER THAT I HAD EMPTIED. HE GAVE IT TO ME. WHAT AN HONEST MAN. THEY BOTH WORKED SO HARD. THEY HAD TO PUT ALL MY BELONGS IN A POD BECAUSE I AM MOVING TO FLORIDA. I NEVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD GET IT ALL IN. THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. My first contact with Coopers Moving was great. I was provided a quote within minutes of my inquiry. The movers were on time, professional and efficient. However after the move the billing didn't match the quote. I inquired about the bill via several phone calls and emails. This went on for more than a week. I finally gave up and chalked it up as a lost. I just wanted others to b aware.
COOPERS MOVERS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! MOVERS WERE ON TIME, AND DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB OF MOVING MY FURNITURE. GREAT GUYS WHO WERE COURTEOUS, KIND, HONEST AND VERY VERY HARD WORKING! I DONT KNOW HOW THESE GUYS WORK AS HARD AS THEY DO EVERYDAY BUT MY HATS OFF TO THEM!! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, I HAD SOME HEAVY, DIFFICULT PIECES, AND THE TWO MOVERS DIDNT EVEN FLINCH! I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK, AND THE WHOLE COOPERS MOVERS COMPANY OVERALL! THANKS A LOT GUYS, AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me by Cooper's Movers. The men showed up on time and quickly got the ball rolling with my move. They were very kind, hard working, and professional. They padded all my furniture in moving blankets to prevent any damages, which i really liked. I have a lot of nice, but heavy furniture and even more steps at my house. They were energetic and go getters throughout the entire move. Their prices were more reasonable than all of the other movers I considered. Definitely worth the money.
Do not use - worst customer service I have yet to experience; unanswered phone calls, empty promises and undisclosed fees. BEWARE!!! I don't typically post reviews but after you promise to rectify the situation involving my first and now last move and you don't, that is where I draw the line. My advice is to 1) get a new person to answer the phones and manage the moving process from beginning to end effectively and efficiently; not forgetting appointments and then telling the customer instead of arriving at the agreed to tim... read more
