We purchased my wedding band set over 10 years ago from Cooper's, and my wedding band had broken due to wear and tear. I was hesitant to get it repaired because of the cost. The owner is a thief. Would not return a loose diamond to me I was looking for a setting for. Tried to pick it up several times and employees couldn't locate it saying the owner had it. After their 90 day hold policy they said it was gone. BEWARE. Go elsewhere.
Today I went to see about getting my wedding band looked at. After 24 years, the edges of the channel were a bit rough. Mark and Terry both gave me excellent advice as to what to do about the ring, and based on this advice, I am going to continue to wear the ring without repair. What INTEGRITY and HONESTY these people have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! And will DEFINITELY use them for future jewelry needs.
Mark Cooper and his team are very caring and professional jewelers. They have always helped our family find the perfect piece and they have repaired family jewelry that we would not have trusted to anyone else. We've been shopping at Coopers for over 20 years and my parents shopped at Coopers even before that. They will take good care of you.
HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!!! Refused to give us a refund on a piece of CRAP ring he sold to us. Went to 2 different jewelry stores to have them look at the ring and we got the same advice from both places WHO EVER SOLD THIS TO YOU RIPPED YOU OFF. !!! When I /we comfronted him 3 times he called the cops on us. We were told there was NOTHING they could do. It's his store he can run it ANY WAY he WANTS !!!!!!!!!!! So BUYER'S BE WARE !!!!!!
