I had a great experience with Mr. Cooper. I went in to the store because my engagement ring and wedding band needed to be cut off. I have warn these rings for 11 years and did not want to cut them off but I had too because of weight gain. Mr. Cooper talked to me and reassured me that it was the right thing to do. Once the ring was cut we discussed what to do afterwards. Gave me many options to think about and I have never felt so comfortable with a jeweler. I will not go anywhere else. I brought my rings in to have them sized. My fiancee had purchased them through another local jeweler. When we couldn't get a hold of him, I contacted Coopers. Not only did they finish the resizing ahead of schedule, but they also cleaned the rings impeccably. My rings have NEVER looked better. What an amazing company!
