After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. This was so much fun! Did "The Flight" and picked four wines.
My boyfriend and I went for the wine tasting only. We both did the sweet menu. I love SWEET wines and some semi sweet are even drinkable for me. Their sweet wines are not very sweet for a person like me. Other than the white sangria and the ice wine which I loved both, the rest I couldn't even finish the sample but my guy liked them all so more for him :) I really wanted to love the sparkling almond but there was not much flavor. I've been to Cooper's Hawk several times, and have enjoyed a great experience each time. Good food great wine good atmosphere and attentive staff. Had a large party dinner yesterday and Whitney took good care of us
