I just want to say, we will never be returning to Coopers Hawk Burr Ridge again... we will be going to other Coopers restaurants. Even before Corona-virus we have had nothing but horrible experiences. Take out being wrong, long table service hours, and horrible customer service. Two weeks ago, I went in to pick up our food— waited 25 min in line because someone was trying every sample of wine in the pick up/to go area. It’s just not efficient.

I love the wine and food at this restaurant. The wait staff wonderful as well. I have always had a great experience and the food has always been impeccable. As a wine club member though I would agree with the others. You can’t even get close to the wine tasting area most nights or afternoons really. People just hang there like it’s a bar. The area is so packed with people you give up and you don’t get your free tasting that is included in your membership. I would say this is my only complaint. Great atmosphere the people are very nice and I always go back at least twice a month
