After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Positives: wine, steak, service. Negatives: lukewarm fries, "roasted" vegetables that could not be stabbed with a fork. We go to KC once a year, shop and stay in Country Club Plaza. Too many options to give this place "another try." Quite a shame.
Food is always good! Wine is great and they have a really good happy hour! Became a wine-of-the-month club member last night and I’m excited to be a part of it. Every wine that I have had there so far has been above my expectations.
Service was awesome, appetizer, food and drinks were great. Definitely recommend!

Wow, I don't even have words for the taste and quality of Cooper's Hawk wine as well as food. I was beyond impressed and can't wait to come back to have the pan-roasted barramundi!!
The wine tasting had good choices, enough in the glass to get a good taste and the bartender (Larry i believe) was entertaining and nice to talk to. We went upstairs for lunch, our server was really knowledgeable and attentive and gave me a good back story on the restaurant as this was my first time. The menu was huge, I had a chicken sandwich that was delicious. I will definitely be coming back, my friend is a club member...i see myself being one as well in the future!
