After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. I was in there with my family on Saturday afternoon, no reservations (sorry) and we were seated immediately, the service was awesome. The managers we spoke to were awesome and we had the best time. We were there with a bachelorette and some random stranger bought her a bottle of champagne. We had the best day and if that random woman sees this review we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was a day full of love and kindness at Coopers Hawk and I couldn't rave enough about it!!!!
We loved it. They were very busy but handled us just fine.
Just wanted to give people a head's up....watch your belongings super careful while waiting or participating in wine tastings. Yesterday afternoon, I was standing near wine tasting bar. There was about 10 other people milling around, one of them decided to open my purse and extract credit cards. Obviously they were a pro as the purse was on my shoulder and I felt nothing! Be on high alert!

Food and wine were terrific. Restaurant is cold so dress warmly. If you want to do a wine tasting plan on getting there at least an hour before your reservation.
Love this place. Good food good service. Wine is fantastic. Join the wine club.
