After four years of planning and construction, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper's Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. With sophisticated food and exceptional wines, our concept was born.

This was my first time here, at ANY Cooper’s Hawk, this past weekend. It was date night for my boyfriend and I. I was excited since this place gets a lot of hype for their wines and atmosphere. usually really great experience. Today though not so much. Has been the case lately. I guess when a younger girl walks in - in jeans, it's ok for nicer dressed cliens to cut. Funny that I've been a member longer than I can remember. My money is still green. Just because I choose not to be fancy 24-7.
The tasting (Jai) was rude uneventful miserly and absent.... We arrived with reservations and was told to do our Tasting and or table should be ready upon completion... Cut out Tasting short to check on the status of seating.. Or party was told the table was being cleaned and to go finish the tasting and they would txt is when ready... (Jai) didn't want to finish our Tasting even though she knew we had Not completed it. But we were served... Moscato is not as sweet as it was before, so I tried the sweet red and it was more to my taste. Very good. The raw sashimi tuna with avocado was delicious. The scallop and shrimp risotto was also very good, although a little dry on the top. Beneath was nice and creamy. The s’mores dessert is also worth a try.

I love it! I’m a wine member and loved that I could drink of it my monthly bottles there since I have a few that I haven’t picked up. Service was great and food was delicious
Server was excellent, food was amazing. Will definitely dine there often.
