After four years of planning and construction, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper's Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. With sophisticated food and exceptional wines, our concept was born.

Don’t bother making a reservation at this location because you’ll end up waiting an hour to be seated anyway (after you were told a 15 minute wait). It took everything in me to not laugh at the poor woman’s face when she asked if I sure we were leaving 😂I am overly excited for my promised phone call from the manager. Also, please rid yourself of your “bouncer” giving dirty looks from behind the host booth that looked like he was straight from his residence on Lower Wacker.
