After waiting 30 minutes for my reservation, the snotty hostess still didn't know when she could seat me. If you take a reservation, please honor it; else don't take it. At the very least, have the courtesy to tell me you are running behind when I check in. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and I never even got to eat!
Had a wonderful experience at coopershawk in naperville the food was amazing and our waiter Dan S. was the best server I have ever had! He was polite and kind hearted!! I would come back here just to have him as a server again!
I have never been to Cooper's Hawk! I grew up in Naperville but I am writing this post as it has nothing to do with the restaurant and it's good but it's heart. Recently, I noticed that they donated a gift to the Strides for CJD wall/run. Not many know what a horrible disease this is. I have been coming to Cooper's since this location has opened. I've also been a two bottle wine club member since they opened as well. Throughout the years I've referred at least a dozen or so wine club members. Needless to say I love Cooper's and I'm there quite often. I love the wine tastings, they're very fun and an overall great time with friends. However within the last year or so Cooper's is not what it used to be. 1st time at lunch today!! What a gorgeous restaurant!! Wait staff attentive, but not "hovery". Food beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to go back.
First time here, walked in and didn't know where to go first. Very crowded lobby area, wine tasting area needs to be more organized or bigger area. Nobody seemed to want to explain to us the process of wine tasting. Finally squeezed into a spot and had a great time. Wine was great and food was excellent. Definitely want to come back, maybe a different time to avoid the overcrowding.
Always a great experience, food is great and service. ...not 2 mention i pick up my favorite wines, will definitely come back again.
