After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Was there with a group of friends 2/7. When I pushed myself in and sat in my chair at the table I smashed 3 of my fingers between the base of the chair and the detached seat. My fingers swelled immediately and throbbed for the duration of the dinner. Kyle, a manager, was kind and attentive.
