After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Drunken shrimp is amazing as an appetizer. All of their food is good. If you haven’t had their wine, do a wine tasting. I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t like.
