After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Cooper’s Hawk: The service, food, and wine here were FABULOUS. We will def be back here again. The only criticism I have is that the acoustics were terrible. They need an acoustics assessment ASAP because it was loud with an echo in there and the music was too loud, but might not have seemed so with better acoustics. Furthermore, they seated us (even with reservations) with screaming children.
