After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper’s Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. Delicious and fresh food, great wine list, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Sashimi!
This is a definite winner. The food was superb, the prices were perfect, and you get to taste 2 wines when you dine to see if you like what you’ve chosen. They also have a tasting area and we were so impressed we joined the wine club which is a phenomenal deal. You must check it out. A gem for sure!
