Just FYI- the truth is there is NO parking here. People park in the handicap-cap spots & along curbs. The office is fully aware of this & choose to continue to rent out apartments anyway. They overcharge you on the mandatory internet/tv than what the company would charge you. The area is infested with mosquitoes, I mean more than the normal in Charleston. All the “free” events, trust me, you pay in the overcharging of monthly mandatory fees of TV, trash valet, pest control, etc.

I have lived in Cooper River Farms for close to a couple years and the office staff and maintenance crew are awesome.. I came from another local complex where I had to leave due to construction issues and Greystar made it very easy for me to relocate.. The dog park and trails here are great for your dogs too.. I would recommend Cooper River Farms to anyone!!
