RecommendedMy fiancé and I just moved here last week from PA and are absolutely loving the property and the apartment! Everyone has been extremely welcoming. We have truly been feeling the southern hospitality :) The only complaint is the mass swarm of mosquitos when you walk on the grass. Unfortunately, after taking our dog out, we come back covered in bites.
I absolutely love the location, the property manager and amenities. After relocating to Charleston, this is an amazing place to call home!!!
Shame on you, Greystar. You could have a heart and let people who have previously paid on time delay a payment for April because of the pandemic. Instead I was told I would face legal action. The office staff have tried to help, but corporate said no. The world faces a pandemic, yet you, Greystar, happily collect checks from those facing temporary troubles. Shame on you. Shame.

Best place to live in Charleston by far! Clean, friendly, and well maintained. The office staff goes above and beyond daily for the residents. Very dog friendly! Check it out today!
I've lived here about a year now and its a great place to live. Like the pool it's so nice when you get home from work and get to relax by the pool with friends and family. The parties are really fun and they have things for kids and adults and I would definitely recommend CRF as the staff are kind and go out of the ballpark to please, but sometimes they can be rude when you don't understand on how to do the ease (it's the manager 99% of the time) but that's once in every blue moon tho. So pleased with our first year here at Cooper River Farms! Since the beginning, the grounds have been pristine, the staff friendly and always informative, and each day we look forward to returning back home. It feels like our little oasis and I wouldn’t change a thing. Signing our second lease was a no-brainer! Thank you to everyone who works so hard to keep our home beautiful. We feel so blessed to have found this gem of a community!
I love living here at the Farm! Being able to see the river and marshlife- pelicans, heron, storks and tree birds like cardinals, is heavenly for a nature lover like me! My apartment feels like a tree house, every window view is filled with beauty. I watch the sun set over the water, couldn't ask for more!
hobos can huck bricks into people's cats and walk into peoples apartments but god forbid you smoke a cigarette on the property. wouldnt live here again if some one paid me
