I have been with Dr cooper for over 20 years with my daughter and now my 7 year old son. I recently had a change in insurance due to being laid off from my job. My son still has peach care but is not showing in system. We have not been able to get it updated which we informed staff. Amber B was very rude to my wife and told her he would not be seen.
