Mucho cobro exagerado no respetan el contrato no lo recomiendo para nada mal mantenimiento
Do not move here. They are constantly towing your car and now visitors have to pay $9.83 to park for 24 hr. Even if you only have a visitor for 1 hr you are required to pay that fee other wise their car WILL be towed. Completely insane, I have never seen this at any apartment complex before. So please be aware before coming here. Also the management at this place are horrible and so rude and the apartments are full of roaches and horrible conditions.
The new property management team has been amazing. Special thanks to the community manager Jessica for being so great! Roberto, lead maint, has been super helpful and responsive.
