RecommendedI Hate dentists, but not this one. I just met Dr Owens and he was so very nice and explained to me all options and was very considerate. I had to have a tooth removed today and to my astonishment it was over quickly and with little pain. He even called me a few hours later to check and see how I was feeling! Not a member of his staff, not a quick call from the office, but the busy Dr himself called personally after the office was closed! I have never had a Dr be so personable, I highly highly recommend! 5 stars
lived in Texas for 26 years. moved back home to Chardon in May 2017. just prior to my move I was in the hospital in Houston. well the hospital lost my partials or threw them away! got in to see dr. Owen's and he fixed me up with a new top partial and fixed up the bottom partial so i wouldn't be toothless when I started working. very grateful to dr. Owen's. he's A # 1. my sisters, niece ,son and husband go to him too! great, caring man!!
Dr. Thomas Drockton of the Cooper Owens dentistries has earned five stars from me. I had never had a root canal in my entire life. Was scared and nervous, but Dr. Tom performed it painlessly! I spent most of my young life in braces. My DDS was a butcher! Additionally I had 22 teeth pulled. (16 were extra). I hate dentists! I hadn’t been to one in over a decade until 1 night I ate bit-o-honey & my molar disintegrated. I came here & got Dr. Owens. What a God send to fix my mouth. He saved me from at least 3 root canals & repaired years of neglect w/out the pain & loathing I had experienced in the past. Owens has a Midas touch drilling on borderline teeth. Cooper is such a genuine man, a true professional and a servant to the community.
Dr Owens is great. I trust him to fix the problems with my teeth and not look at me like a piggy bank. I like him and the staff. They are friendly and will work with you. Oh and he's been great with my kids, so if you're not happy with your current dental health. I highly recommend Dr Owens.
I absolutely LOVE Cooper and Theresa and their children. I have an issue with an infection right now--don't have an appointment until near the end of the month. Even though it is a holiday week I was able to get prescriptions for antibiotics and pain meds from him. He really cares about me and all of his patients!
