I just love Doctor Theresa Cooper , she the best doctor I ever had one spend time try figure out what wrong and she care about her patients always made you feel like one of the family's doctor we had when I were grow up as a kid. I started going to see both Doctors (Cooper) after we moved to McAlester in 1998. When they first left McAlester I tried other doctors but I did not find one I could trust like I do Richard and Teresa. They take the time to talk to you and consider your opinion and work out a plan of health care for you individually. I travel 110 miles one way to see them and I would travel farther to get the kind of health care they provide.
this clinic turned me away. I tried to do the right thing and send them a list of items I'd like to be seen about including PRP for injuries and they told me since they couldn't see me for some of my other issues that I wouldn't be a good fit at this clinic. I tried to tell them that I'd still like to be seen for the PRP and for general family practice issues, but they continued saying I wouldn't be a good fit. I have to been to many doctors throughout my life, Dr. Theresa and Doctor Richard Cooper are by far the best I’ve ever been a patient of. Not only do they have phenomenal bed side manners, they are professional, compassionate, and extremely easy to talk to. I can tell them anything with no embarrassment, an no judgment. Their entire staff is approachable, compassionate, and also easy to talk with. Connie, the plehbotomist is by far THE best I’ve even seen. Dr. Theresa Cooper is technically my doctor and she's wonderful, but I've seen both of them and they are both nice, easy to talk to and ask questions, and very thorough in their treatments. Also the rest of their staff is all very sweet too. The facility is clean and each room has a cute little theme. It's a great place and I'm glad to have finally found a doctor I feel actually cares about my wellbeing.
