After seven years of service, we find cooper lake automotive to be trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable. They always tell us what's wrong in a reasonable period of time, and then they stick to their time estimate. I give them a five star rating (out of five) and I don't ever hesitate to recommend them. I appreciate the time they take to explain my problem, my options, and their recommendations.
I highly recomend Cooper Lake Automotive. I have been taking my cars to them for many years, don't use anyone else and they are great. I always get honest information about my car and repairs. Absolutely a great place to get your repairs. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Courtney at the front is very sweet. She made sure to get me the fastest service possible and my mechanic Gary was very knowledgeable and efficient with the repairs. Cooper Lake Automotive's prices are very reasonable. I'm a happy customer, I will be returning!
My wife and I now use Cooper Lake Automotive for all of our vehicle repair needs. They've always done great work and at a fair price. They also make a sincere effort to work around our busy schedules. We just call in advance to set up a convenient time to drop the vehicle off and usually get it back the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
