I do not recommend cooper lake at all. It seems there always too busy to help you. I asked them to replace a starter for me and was told it would be 2 days for them to even look at my car. I asked why and they said there were cars ahead of me. Enough cars to for there be a 2 day delay? Bull. I saw very few cars at the front of the building. This was unacceptable. One great thing about Cooper Lake Automotive is their honesty, they are not a company that just want to take your money, they value their work and customers and it shows. I brought my car in after stopping at the dealership and coming out with a $4,000.00 bill, after asking more detailed questions and bringing my husband in it turned out to be less than $500.00, I was done after that. Cooper Lake Automotive has been repairing my 1997 Toyota Camry for eons. Their reliability and competitive prices has led me back whenever I require maintenance on my vehicle. I have not had any problems with the work completed. They explain in detail and not once have I encounter any unexpected surprises or charges. I would highly recommend Cooper Lake Automotive.

We take our cars to Cooper Lake Automotive because they are honest. I've been to dealers that lied, recommending service that didn't need to be done. Cooper Lake Automotive does not lie and they are very fair in their pricing. They even refused to charge me anything one time when they worked on my car all day but couldn't find the source of the issue. Most other places would charge you just for their time.

I have always received competitive and honest estimates for repairs. One time I asked for various services and they told me I didn't need it and charged me $20 for the inspection. They could have easily done unnecessary work and charged me for it. It if family owned and I like to support local small businesses.

Courtney was very professional on intake and explaining the charges for my timing belt, water pump,and air conditioning filter replacement work. The cost is fair and they are even helping with an additive for a leak that is very costly to repair. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone seeking a good provider.

Cooper Lake Automotive is the best mechanic in Metro Atlanta. After a few rough experiences with other shops, I've now been taking my car there for years. Their customer service is impeccable and the prices are fair. More importantly, they will happily refer you to other places when needed be. So they can definitely be trusted with your car.
