Great Service – I had a great experience at Cooper Lake Automotive. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I felt that I could trust their recommendations and they didn't try to perform work that was not needed. It was easy to contact them by phone and email, and the estimate was detailed to explain all services that were performed. You don't have to worry when you take your car there, its in good hands!

Excellent Service – I have been very pleased with the service I receive at Cooper Lake Automotive. The staff is courteous and keeps you aware of the progress on your vehicle. The service techs will even speak with you personally to determine the exact problem and appropriate repair to address it. I've never been surprised by the final bill because their quotes are detailed and accurate. I highly recommend Cooper Lake Automotive.

Please don't take your vehicle here – People this shop has some shady practices. The customer service is non-existent. They never call you to update you when they say they will. Amazing! – It's been close to 2 years now that my Nissan Altima was shutting off. I went without a car for one week while it stayed at another auto shop (that I've done business with many times in the past). The other auto shop could not figure out the problem and they were more worried about finding an obvious problem than listening to me of WHEN the car would shut off.
