Great Service – We have taken each of our cars to Cooper Lake once. Cooper Lake was able to fix the air conditioning on one vehicle for approximately $200--far cheaper than the other estimates we received, which called for complete replacement of various parts. Excellent on all fronts!!! – Cooper Auto is the best. I've never found an automotive business that didn't want to take me for the proverbial ride! They are honest, helpful, knowlegeable, caring, and I know without a doubt that my car will be well taken care of! It's refreshing to find such service. Great Shop – We have been taking our cars here for several years and have always been pleased by the great service and quick turnaround. This is like no other repair shop. They do not try to sell you on things you don't need. Everyone is very down to earth and knows what they are doing. We have nothing but great things to say about Cooper Lake Automotive!!!

Best auto repair shop around – Cooper Lake Automotive is the kind of auto repair shop everybody is looking for: friendly atmosphere, clean environment, reliable service and in the 3 years I've been going there I have never had the feeling that they were trying to rip me off. Great customer service – I had taken my car to another shop numerous times, with many different reasons for the check engine light, and after buying many "sensors".... and much frustration a friend of mine recommended Cooper Lake Automotive. I took my car there, they called me a few hours later and said I needed an intake gasket. I told them to fix it and it was done in 1 day and the light has been off since. From now on I will only take my car here!!! Now if I can just get my money back from the other shop....

Fabulous and Fair – Everyone know's to be skeptical of mechanics....especially as a female, who honestly does not know that much about cars... I brought my old clunker to Cooper Lake for a tune-up a few months ago, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best. Great Service! – Friendly, professional, and fast. I am happy to have found this service center and will go back for all of my repairs. It is family owned and operated - - meaning they take pride in their work. They recently stayed 2 hours late to fix my car because they had agreed to do it that day. Also - they have never tried to up-sell me on mystery things that need to be fixed.
