Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful.
