Recommendedawesome staff here. I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist but they're wonderful at this office. Dr. Herring and his nurse Sydney made me feel so very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend going to Cooper Family Dentistry for all of your families dental needs.

Won’t answer phone during office hours, wouldn’t make me a appt, surgeon didn’t even show up to pull my tooth had to get Jordan to, was going to add charges not foretold. Been going 20+ years won’t be back. They put white filling over a silver on a tooth that needed a crown. I lost a tooth that could’ve been saved if they had done proper x rays and a deep clean on me in the last 20 years.They simply DO NOT CARE. I have a wonderful dentist now. Goodbye!
Love Dr. Herring, he always makes my visit painless as possible. He’s always willing to discuss options with me and answer my sometimes silly questions. They’re quick and efficient. They work with me when I need a payment option so that I can get what needs to be done completed that visit. Would highly recommend to anyone! Made my husbands first appointment with Dr. herring for next week! Love them all!
bc i went in for a cleaning and the lady that did it ended up giving me an abscessed tooth. been dealing w this going on 3 weeks now and bc my insur wont pay for the root canal for 6 months their office wont even work w me nor give me anything for the pain. and i already had gotten the feeling they didnt wanna deal w me bc i have insur through medicare. I WOULDN'T BE GOING THROUGH ALL THIS PAIN IF IT WASN'T FOR THEM!
I went to the Cooper dentist in jacksonville for the cleaning of my teeth. The lady who cleaned my teeth messed my tooth up and got it infected. Thats the reason its abscessed now and they wouldn't work w me to have the root canal done or anything. Wouldn't give me anything for the pain and ive been dealing w this for going on 3 weeks now. THIS IS THEIR FAULT IM GOING THROUGH THIS. AND I ALREADY HAD THE FEELING THEY DIDN'T WANNA BOTHER W ME BC I HAVE UNITED HEALTH CARE THROUGH MEDICARE INSUR.
