Had two teeth removed and my far the easiest experience I've ever dealt with when going to the dentist. Their assistants go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are willing to answer any and all questions you may have! I will DEFINITELY keep them as my dentist forever!
If I could give Dr. Jordan and his team more than five stars, I totally would! They have made it fun for my girls to go to their regular check ups. They even handle my dental anxiety w/ care and understanding! Great team of folks right here!!!
Bate and switch. I went in for a cleaning expecting 250 to 300 for a new visit. They wanted $900. Refused to do a regular cleaning and then charged me $220 for the x-rays they took. If I am paying they should do what I want.
As far as I'm concerned Cooper family Dentistry is the best in Jacksonville.
I have historically had anxiety issues regarding dentists. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth at the Lonoke Office and Dr. Jordan Cooper in the Jacksonville office were awesome and did much to sooth that anxiety. I have found a new dentist family for me and my son. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank You!!!!
