Definitely did not get what I asked for! I only wanted a trim and a little hair cut in the front so I could pull my hair back and still have some around my face. Rachel took about 4 inches off the back and I now have big chunks of hair around my face that look terrible. Never going back and so upset that my hair is now ruined.
I have always had a good experience here. I have booked cuts with several stylists and they all do a great job and are very personable. I personally really like using their online booking system, it makes it so much easier for me to figure out making an appointment with my schedule. It's a great option they offer. But of course you can call them as well. I would definitely recommend trying Cooper James Salon if your looking for a stylist.
