Someone on the Nextdoor app suggested this location for firewood. I called this morning and was told they would have firewood at 11am. Asked if I needed to set an appointment and was told, No. I drove an hour and arrived at noon to an empty building and nobody answering the phone. Got lunch in the area. An hour later, still no answer. Complete waste of time.
I heard about this company from a friend and stocked up on wood because I knew that we would be snowed in. I am so glad that I did. The other places around me did not answer the phone but this company was the only one that not only answered the phone but were very friendly and professional. I am happy because we are warm and toasty on this freezing cold day thanks to Cooper and Carter.
