The worst encounter I have experienced with a health care professional of any kind! Dr Cooper lacks basic 101 manners, such as knocking on door before entering, not introducing herself, never acknowledging me by my name! She was very very rude to me. After expressing my concern with a skin problem (not life threatening but something I'm very insecure with) she states nothing I can do, "just suck it up and deal with it"!!!!!!!!
