I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff was rude & condescending when answering any questions I had about my son. They failed to send his RX to Kroger & complained when I tasked then to resend the RX. They told me it wasn't there job & Kroger should call them.

I was very happy with the care I received at this office. I was called back on time and was going back home in under 45 minutes. They did a biopsy on my arm and it didn't hurt in the slightest. I would certainly recommend Dr Copper and her staff to friends that were in need o a Dermatologist.

AMAZING DR!!!! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She saved my life from skin cancer and I am very thankful for that. She is extremely nice and professional.

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
