what's up with that wacky phone number?
Honestly, these reviews are bogus. I had to use Cooper & Bright today for a warranty call (they weren't making any money here) and they were amazing! They were here within a couple hours and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I spoke with Natalie and didn't notice any of the attitude issues that have been described. I would use again and I would recommend to others!
Cooper and Bright did an excellent job scheduling and taking care of my toilet installs, I really like the friendley and courteous service. I would recommned them to any one for plumbing needs and I will be using them for future upgrades
