Relaxed, Patient, Friendly Family Atmosphere
Update xrays, teeth cleaning, and Dr. Bivona checkup. Excellent process and work and good news from the inspection. Another good point - check in time about 8:55AM - check out about 9:51AM. No complaints what-so-ever!!! Nick
I'm not one who usually tells about physician or dental visits but I find myself wanting to share my experience with Dr. Jacob and his team of very qualified assistants and office staff. I have always had bad teeth, so I had pretty much every procedure you can imagine before coming to Dr. Bivona. My mouth doesn't numb easily before a procedure, so I was a little nervous at my first visit. His entire staff was so welcoming and professional, which put me at ease. He has done a root canal, replaced bad crowns, and even an extraction on my very back tooth. I was completely numb each time and I never knew the tooth had been extracted until he showed it to me. Dr Bivona and all of his staff are simply wonderful. I have horrible dentist anxiety and he has helped me overcome that. They are understanding and friendly. I will never go anywhere else!!
Great experience great care
This group is always friendly and professional. If I need dental work they do if, it not they tell me. I went in for a pain that was on and off. There was nothing on xray. We will wait. They did not immediately try to get me to do some expensive dental process. I appreciate honesty. And most important they are always KIND!
