I'm not one who usually tells about physician or dental visits but I find myself wanting to share my experience with Dr. Jacob and his team of very qualified assistants and office staff. My recent cleaning turned into a situation where I ended up needing more extensive dental care. I couldn't have been in better hands! I have always had bad teeth, so I had pretty much every procedure you can imagine before coming to Dr. Bivona. My mouth doesn't numb easily before a procedure, so I was a little nervous at my first visit. His entire staff was so welcoming and professional, which put me at ease. He has done a root canal, replaced bad crowns, and even an extraction on my very back tooth. I was completely numb each time and I never knew the tooth had been extracted until he showed it to me.
