Dr. Bivona and his staff were so kind and explained every aspect of my procedure before it happened. They walked me through the entire thing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr.Bivona was so kind and made a dental visit as enjoyable as a dental visit could be. I will continue to use Dr. Bivona for all of my dental needs and will recommend him to anyone seeking dental care.
They went above and beyond in normal circumstances and these are not normal times. I would give them above a 10 for the professional care. Thank you very, very much.
I broke a tooth and the dentist were all closed because of these sad times. I was told if I have a emergency to go to UAB emergency room. Found out thru Face Book that Dr Bivona was taking emergency’s in Jasper. To my great relief he was able to help me. I am so thankful to him and his staff. They are great and taking ever precaution. I highly recommend Dr Jacob Bivona

Dr. Bivona and the staff are very caring about your dental health just like you are their family. Because in a way, you are their family !

Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. I love them all especially Dedra one of the dental hygienist. I would highly recommend Dr.Bivona & Dr.Allen to my family and friends.
Love this Team and have never had a bad experience with them. From the reception area to the hygienist to the doctors and their assistants. Always happy and profesional. Would recomend them to any and all my friends and family.
