Mr. James Minter was fast and knowledgeable. More importantly, he was kind, on-time, talked me through what he was doing when I asked, and even checked the part of the system in the attic to be safe even though the main culprit was the thermostat. When he spoke, I felt like he truly loved what he did and helping people. He did not speak to me in a way that made feel less than for asking. He's welcome to my home at any time.
