We used Coolway Mechanical for a service call through our home warranty company. David was very professional and helpful. He solved our issue quickly and ensured it continued working. I would definitely recommend him and this company to others.
David and Alfredo came by to diagnose my AC. The were very communicative about the time they would arrive, and were on-time. Both men were clean, polite, and efficient. They were able to properly diagnose the problem quickly and provide a clear and concise explanation of the fault in then equipment along with photographic evidence and recommended repair options.
David and Alfredo at Coolway Mechanical Services Company were friendly and professional. David took the time to explain the situation and allowed me to see the issues that were causing my AC unit to not perform the way it should.
