We had our air conditioner go out a few days before we were leaving on an overseas trip. Mr James was knowledge, professional and moved mountains to get the parts in and have everything working perfectly before we left. We were so impressed with Michelle also who kept us informed and updated on when the parts were due to come in. We got home after two weeks to a cool house. We highly recommend this company!
