I truly have had a great experience with Coolway Mechanical Services. The young man who came out is very knowledgeable and courteous too. My unit is aging so I am having them do an annual check and I feel that they are working hard to help me keep it going and not robbing my pocketbook at all.
James was polite, honest and informative!!
David is excellent. He patiently showed me how to reset the system when I need to!
Coolway was wonderful to work with. I submitted a service request through my home warranty, and Coolway responded within 30 minutes. They were able to come out the same day to assess the situation and got my ac working in no time at all.
