I come here for my boss regularly. The employees may speak better Korean than English but they are very accomodating and extremely convenient; you can call them in advance to prep things earlier than they open which helps with jobs where supplies seem to disappear faster than the suppliers can keep up. They are very respectful and very thoughtful. I urge installers and HVAC contractors that need LG or parts to try these guys out.

I am quite surprised to see many negative reviews. I installed multiple AC units from here, and I can assure anyone that these people are experts with high standards. Few professionals in the field value the quality of the work more than short-term profits. There will be no sugarcoating or pampering. If the request from a building owner is not reasonable, which happens quite often, they may even refuse to install a unit because it will not function properly.
