04-03-25 I was over there in morning time 2 Spanish lady is over there and she didn’t listen to me they were talking amongs each other And they were very rude
I am quite surprised to see many negative reviews. I installed multiple AC units from here, and I can assure anyone that these people are experts with high standards. Few professionals in the field value the quality of the work more than short-term profits. There will be no sugarcoating or pampering. If the request from a building owner is not reasonable, which happens quite often, they may even refuse to install a unit because it will not function properly. At first I can see where some may say the phone call was rude but it wasn’t. More of a language difference. The lady said they had the part so drive 2:30 to get there. The same lady greated me in the showroom and she was very kind and sweet. Offered me a seat and got my part. Then she wrapped it up for me in foam and told me carry it like a baby to keep it safe on the long drive home. Very kind employee and part worked perfectly. I am glad I didn’t listen to some of the negative comments here. Great price and part. I hope I ... read more
